By Cyrena Martin I have had the same New Year’s resolution for the last 4 years and this year will not be any different. On December 31, 2021; when the countdown begins as we enter a brand-new year, I will again commit to the same exact New Year’s resolution. My new year resolution, again this year, will be to remain stress and drama free throughout 2022 and as long as I am on this earth.

By BEVERLY BROWN If you don’t know the answer to that, then more than likely you still have not discovered your purpose.
My name is Beverly Brown and, immediately, if someone asks me, “Who are you?”, my first thought before uttering the response is, “I am The Dreamsteerer™”. I would state that as my immediate thought - not something I would have to think; because what you think first about yourself is truly what you believe– and that matters the most.
I'm so hopeful that our first issue of 2022 finds you well. Create the time to curl up with your coffee, tea, or cosmo and really engage with Be Well Magazine this year.
By Carmen Ray Hello Be Well for Women Readers,
It’s here!! Our highly anticipated issue with the theme that is so near and dear to me as an entrepreneur for over 30 years is here—as a living, breathing testimony! I have learned so much and weathered many storms, but through it all I have landed firmly on my perspective on collaboration. By Crystal Thompson Entrepreneurship is often a lonely road to travel. Be Well Magazine maintains a duty and commitment to provide an impressive cache of networking opportunities and business connections to make that road less daunting. In this issue, I am personally psyched and excited to report that success is not reserved only for the solo artist.

Spring has Sprung - and so has Be Well Magazine! We were able to GO Bigger by adding 10 new talented and resourceful contributors this quarter. I'm absolutely overjoyed by the direction of Be Well Magazine with the leadership and creativity of Crystal Thompson and Michael Damond. Collaboration is truly the new currency.
Back in September 2020, I started contemplating what would be the "theme" and overall message for our January issue. Brainstorming my list of ideas, I decided on "The New Economy." So much in our local and global economy has changed, and unfortunately so many were unable to recover or pivot. Then there were others that we're able to adjust and soar. This is clearly our time to take inventory of our gifts, talents, and skills and make a decision to move our businesses from hobby to profit.
